  • Don’t Give Up-Remember why you started your podcast when you feel like quitting.
    Jan 19 2026

Friend I am getting really honest in this episode-I hit a wall. I looked at the numbers, the 20 to 40 followers, the quiet after I hit post and I thought, “Dear God-What am I doing here?”

But then I remembered why I started this podcast in the first place. It was to make even a small handful of people feel like they are not alone. It was to share real stories, real struggles, real failures and real successes, both large and small. It was to share what carried me and others to a better place, what depths a person had to hit before they were able to stand up and redo. It is about you, and me and that higher power who is right now I know giving a nudge to remember, “why,” and the reason for starting your podcast and mine, Stand Up and Redo, in the first place.

So, I am committed to a year as roots slowly grow and most importantly I ask you to stick with your podcast and don’t quit! Give it a year to see that little seed you planted grow and flourish into something bigger than you ever expected. Trust your persistence, trust the process, and most importantly trust God has a plan for you!

What struggles are you having with growing numbers of followers? Also, successes, please share with us your success stories! We would love for you to share this in the comments. Please like, subscribe and share and thank you!
