The Final Ghouls are back and fighting over who gets their turn in the light as we dive into M. Night Shyamalan's 2016 horror-thriller Split! Holly, Jeremy and L go into our first Shyamalan film on the podcast and explore this psychological thriller, its DID antagonist and much more.
Get Ready For: Why Holly is most decidedly not a Shyamalan fan and Jeremy's complex thoughts about him, how L did and didn't relate to the portrayal of dissociative identity disorder, more Anya Taylor-Joy love, thoughts on James McAvoy’s performance, how well it works as a supervillain origin story (and as a stealth sequel), and whether the horror and thriller aspects work for us.
Editor's Note: Again, our apologies for Jeremy's audio for this episode. it will be fixed after the next episode.
