What happens when a spiritual skeptic suddenly has an experience she can’t explain?

In this episode of The Angelic Frequency Podcast, Cristina Aroche and Luisa Vélez sit down with Rebecca Kastl to explore the spiritually transformative experience that changed the course of her life.

While on a deep healing journey, Rebecca made a spontaneous promise in her journal that she wanted to “live by the light.” Soon after, she saw a radiant light above her bed that she felt could see directly into her soul — beginning a two-year period of profound spiritual experiences.

Rebecca shares what it was like to see light around other people, feel the presence of angels, experience alternate timelines, hear what she describes as the “angel song,” and eventually lose the heightened spiritual perception she had become accustomed to.

We also explore the integration that followed: questioning whether any of it had been real, learning to trust her experiences again, developing her intuitive abilities, and ultimately using those gifts to support others.

In this conversation, we explore:

✨ Rebecca’s spiritually transformative experience and the light that appeared above her bed
✨ Moving from skepticism into direct spiritual experience
✨ Seeing alternate timelines and how our choices shape our lives
✨ Why spiritual awakening can bring deeper healing to the surface
✨ Connecting with angels without escaping your human experience
✨ Learning to trust intuitive and spiritual experiences
✨ Why we are never alone — but still have to live our own lives
✨ Rebecca’s book, Daily Moments with the Angels: A Year of Messages of Hope and Healing

Rebecca’s story is a beautiful reminder that spiritual awakening doesn’t necessarily remove us from our humanity. Sometimes, it brings us more deeply into it.
