This message is a continuation of our series “Missing God.” Sometimes our motive for voting is what we can get out of the representative, rather than siding with God by faith. Unfortunately, that can lead to this world’s system of bondage instead of freedom in Christ.

Disclaimer: Spirit of Life Ministries is not a political platform; however, based on God’s mandate for the ministry and my life, the Lord will have this ministry address the part the Believer plays in the political climate by way of the word of God from time to time.

This is part 2 of a series about knowing God. In part one welooked at whether we really know Jesus. In this message we will examine ourselves to see if we’re know the heart of God OR are we in conformity to the world. Moreover, we will look at our motives for the choices we make.

Our scripture references are found in Matthew 16:1-3, 13-17,20-23; Ephesians 5:1 and Romans 12:1-2. Listen, for life!

As Jesus’ return draws near, the moment will come when weall will stand before Him to give an account of our lives. Now is the time do introspection concerning our relationship with the Lord; and ask ourselves are we truly doing the will of “the Father;” AND do we really know Jesus?

This message focuses on a sobering, yet sad passage found inMatthew 7:21-23. Verse 23 is heart wrenching as some stand before Him having done many wonderful works, in His Name. Then shockingly His response to them is “depart from Me, I never knew you, you that work iniquity and disregard Mycommandments.”

The question is will He say well done, my good and faithfulservant; OR depart from me, I never knew you? What will Jesus say to you?

Our scripture references are found in Matthew 7:21-23; John14:1-2, 21-23; 1st John 2:3-6; Hebrews 4:15-16, 5:8-9 andPhilippians 3:9-10. Listen, for life!

In this message we focus on 2 out of the 4 types of hearts found in Matthew the 13th chapter; the stony (or rocky) heart and the good ground. Jesus explains that the enemy is always trying to stop the word of God from working in our heart. However, there is a remedy in the word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit that enables power through our heart.

Our scriptures references are found in Matthew 13:9, 18, 20-21, 23; Psalm 46:1, 19:7, 116:6, 119:30; 2nd Corinthians 12:9; Hebrews 5:8-9; James 1:5 and Galatians 2:20. Listen, for life!

Jesus said it is inevitable that offenses happen, they will come. Offenses are stumbling blocks, traps and triggers set by Satan. This is an attempt to rob us of our faith, our love and a good conscience toward God and other people. Moreover, offenses come to keep us off-balanced spiritually, mentally and emotionally. However, God has given the born-again Believer power over Satan’s scandalous schemes through His word and the power of His Spirit.

Our scripture references are found in Luke 17:1-6; 1stTimothy 1:5; Romans 5:5; Matthew 5:44; Proverbs 13:10; 2nd Corinthians 12:9; Ephesians 6:17; Galatians 5:16-17 and 2nd Corinthians 5:17. Listen, for life!

Song of Solomon 2:15 says it’s the little foxes that spoil the vine. In other words, it’s the small, subtle, seemingly “no harm” activities that ruin the vine. The “seemingly” no harm distractions chew away at the root, the foundation of our relationship with Jesus Christ. Moreover, it’s the “little foxes” that are disruptive to our growth and development of our relationship with the Lord. However, the remedy found in the word of God is confession of sin, repentance, faithfulness to the Word of God and His purpose for our lives. God is rich in mercy and always standing by for reconciliation to Him.

Our scripture references are found in Song of Solomon 2:15: John 17:15-17; 1st Corinthians 10:13; Proverbs 28:13-14; Isaiah 57:15; Ephesians 5:14-15 and 1st Peter 1:13-16. Listen, for life!

In these end-times 1st Timothy 4:1-5 warns us of seducing spirits that will come to overthrow our faith and usher in apostasy (the great falling away) in these last days. This message looks at three out of four areas the enemy is using: doctrine of demons, social media and our own heart. There are more, so far this is what the Holy Spirit gave me to give. This message aired originally 11-7-25.

Our scripture references are found in 1st Timothy 4:1-5; Genesis 3:1; 1st Peter 2:11; James 1:13-15, 4:4-10 and 4:17. Listen, for life!
