Could YOU be feeling the “thinning of the veil” between worlds right now?! What if that eerie feeling, vivid dream, or perfectly timed sign isn’t just your imagination—or what you think it is?

This week, I’ll walk you through how to distinguish between a loved one’s “hello” from the other side, your own intuition, someone else’s energy, a “visitation” from the spirit world, or your own busy mind processing life’s stress.

Whether you are sensitive to the unseen world all year long, or especially heightened during this “thinning of the veil” season, this episode has something for you!

"Discernment Test Questions:”

• Did I solicit this, or did it arrive spontaneously?
• Does it feel like my normal internal dialogue?
• Is there specificity and/or personality here?
• Is there evidence or confirmation available?
• Does it repeat?
• Does it feel emotionally charged because I want it to be true?
• Am I observing, or am I trying to force meaning onto it?

Don’t Miss What’s Trying to Find You — Look Up | Oct 16–23

This week, Spirit is sending a strong caution: if you stay too focused on what isn’t working, you could miss something genuinely valuable trying to come in.

The cards are highlighting:

• The opportunity that may arrive from an unexpected direction
• Why disappointment or stress could make it harder to see your next move
• Where learning, research, or a new skill may open another path
• What it means to stop giving your power away and start building around the life you actually want

Feel what needs to be felt, but don’t let it become the only thing you can see. There may be more available to you this week than you realize.

Your Abundance Is Growing — But Be Careful What You Carry Forward | Oct 9–16

You’ve done more growing than you may realize, and this week’s cards suggest there is even more available to you. The question is whether what you’re investing in now actually belongs in your next chapter.

The cards are highlighting:

• Where more abundance may be ready to open up
• New or deepening relationships that deserve your attention
• Why discernment matters before saying yes to an opportunity
• What may be coming full circle before you move forward

You’re being asked to take stock of what you’ve cultivated, what still fits, and what you’re ready to leave behind.

Don’t Let the Chaos Pull You Off Center — There’s Something to Notice | Oct 2–9

This week may bring some prickly energy, strong opinions, or situations that make you want to immediately defend yourself. But the cards are pointing to something much more useful underneath all that noise.

The cards are highlighting:

• What you may learn from information that arrives in a messy way
• Why your response matters more than winning the argument
• The connection that could deepen from an unexpected direction
• Where stepping back may reveal who or what is actually worth your energy

You don’t have to engage with everything that comes at you this week. Some of your greatest clarity may come from noticing, assessing, and choosing differently.

These Choices Are Bigger Than They Look — Choose Carefully | Sept 25–Oct 2

This week brings choices from several directions, and some of the smallest ones may have a much bigger impact on your path than you realize.

The cards are highlighting:

• Why slowing down may help you see the answer more clearly
• The choice that asks you to get very honest with yourself
• Where you may already know what you want, even if you keep saying you don’t
• How your passions, values, and intuition factor into what comes next
• Why certain “small” decisions could shape the months ahead

You don’t need every step figured out, but this week asks you to notice which choices are actually moving you toward the life you say you want.
