Welcome to our 2nd summer special of 4. This week Daisy speaks with Liz from Just Culture to discuss sexual harassment in the workplace, what that involves and the laws around it.
In October 2023 new protections from sexual harassment came into force by the Government under the Worker Protection Act 2023. The legislation states employers must proactively take steps to prevent sexual harassment from taking place.
Every employer in the UK will have a legal duty so this is a must listen!
