Everyone suffers from anxiety at some point in their life. Whether it be a minor incident such as the barista messed up your coffee order to a debilitating panic attack induced at the Apple Store... Yes this happened to me. We all have to face anxiety at one point or another. What does scripture say we should do? How do we combat anxiety in a healthy way and more importantly, how do we fight Anxiety through God?

This week I'm going to answer all of these questions and then some and give you an amazing way to stop anxiety in it's ugly tracks immediately in the short term and how to combat it in the long term.

Remember you are not alone and please, if you need help seek help. And if you are experiencing a crisis, and need help NOW please text "HOME" to 741 741 where you will get immediate crises support. It's always free and through text which I know is easier sometimes than actually talking.

Now days, more people are part of a blended family than not.  Today we talk about blended families and how do we show grace and love and forgiveness to the other parent?  What does God say about it?  What does scripture say and just HOW do we do it?

As always follow us on FB and TikTok and visit our website at soulsnack.org.  As always email / message us on ideas for future shows.
