Episode 12 | Closing the Soft Launch
This episode marks the intentional close of the soft launch series. 12 intentional conversations that leader's didn't know they needed.
In this episode I reflect on what surfaced in 12 conversations, the reviews and messages many of you shared. Not surface feedback. Recognition. Leaders resonated because this work names what leadership actually feels like on the inside: identity strain, quiet transitions, and the cost of growth that traditional leadership language rarely addresses.
I speak to why this approach feels unconventional and why that matters. Performance alone isn’t enough. Titles don’t resolve inner conflict. Leadership that ignores internal alignment eventually breaks down.
As 2025 comes to a close, I offer space for honest reflection without goal setting or performance reviews. Just truth about what this year demanded from you and what you’re no longer willing to carry forward.
I end the soft launch by giving permission to lead differently. To trust your internal authority. To stop forcing yourself into frameworks that no longer fit.
