It's been a while, I know, but I'm back with something that isn't genuinely original in some sense. I thought it was when I first thought about it.
Smashed Meatloaf (Burger) is what it's all about.
Above is the video of making such a beast after we had meatloaf for the weekend.
The video is not great quality since I didn't have my equipment. So, I hand-held the iPhone and did my best. Sorry. You deserve better, but I'll make it up.
It was different and tasted great. Try it the next time you make meatloaf, and let us know how it works out.
