  • E58 | Purpose Anxiety and the Pressure to Become Someone God Never Asked You to Be
    Jan 7 2026

Many Christian women silently struggle with purpose anxiety—the pressure to figure out their calling, live up to expectations, and “become someone” God never asked them to be. In this episode, Hannah explores why this pressure is so common today and how Scripture, the nature of God, and divine appointment can bring liberty, assuredness, and vision.

Building on Episode 57, It Is Fullness That You Seek, Hannah invites listeners to shift their gaze away from striving and timelines and back toward the fullness of God.

Through psychological research and Scripture, Hannah examines how modern culture - especially for millennials and Gen Z - has conditioned women to feel constantly behind, inadequate, or late. Purpose anxiety is real, affecting up to 91% of people at some point in their lives. But Scripture gives a different perspective: calling is God-determined, not self-manufactured.

    In this episode:

    • What purpose anxiety is and why it’s increasing

    • How culture pressures us to chase calling and identity

    • Why God—not us—determines purpose and timing

    • The freedom of seeking fullness instead of becoming

    Scripture referenced:

    Acts 17:26–28 · Philippians 2:13 · Ephesians 2:10 · Colossians 1:16–17

  • E57 | It is Fullness That You Seek
    Nov 13 2025

It Is Fullness That You Seek asks a powerful question: Are you feeling a deep ache in your heart, like something’s still missing even though you’ve worked so hard and achieved so much? In this transformative episode of the She’s Marked Podcast, Hannah invites you to slow down and rediscover what your soul is truly longing for — the fullness of Christ.

In this continuation of the Becoming series, It Is Fullness That You Seek challenges the idea of constant striving and self-improvement. Instead, Hannah helps you uncover the wholeness, peace, and divine purpose that God already designed for you before the foundation of the earth.

Through heartfelt reflection and Scripture (Ephesians 4:13, Colossians 1:19–22), Hannah reveals that your life’s purpose isn’t to figure everything out — it’s to be reconciled, complete, and fully aligned with God.

    What You’ll Learn

    • Why the deepest desire in your heart isn’t to become something, but to experience the fullness of Christ.

    • How God designed you as a vessel to be filled by Him, not by accomplishments.

      Scripture Highlights

      • Ephesians 4:13 – Growing to the measure of the fullness of Christ.

      • Colossians 1:19-22 – Reconciliation and completeness in Him.

      • 2 Corinthians 6:17 – Being set apart, protected, and sealed by God.

That’s why this episode charges you to release every former identity and embrace the truth of who you are because of and in Christ. We also explore the emotional tension that comes with spiritual transformation—the grief of releasing old versions of ourselves and the longing for the glory that lies ahead. • E54 | The False Comfort of Yesterday
    May 28 2025

Are you struggling to move on from a version of yourself that once felt more secure, successful, or put together? In this powerful episode of the She’s Marked Podcast, titled “The False Comfort of Yesterday,” we explore what it means to grieve your past self, stop looking back, and say yes to the new identity God is forming in you.

  • E53 | Healing the Heart that Misses Who You Were
    Apr 30 2025

There are moments when the mirror reflects more than our faces — it echoes the ache of who we used to be.

Maybe you miss the version of yourself who felt alive, carefree, full of possibility. The one who hadn’t yet walked through loss, disappointment, or the quiet weariness that crept in as the years passed. Maybe it feels like your best days already came and went… and now you’re just trying to make peace with what’s left.

If that’s you —you’re not alone.

In this opening message of our new series, Becoming Her, we’re sitting with the ache of becoming — that often uncomfortable space between who you were and who God is shaping you to be. We'll talk about what it means to grieve (and honor) former versions of ourselves without staying stuck in them. We'll explore how God meets us in our transitions, and how loss, and change are not the end of the story... but part of the refining He uses to make us whole.

Whether you're navigating aging, identity shifts, disappointment, or transition, this conversation will help you process that quiet ache with spiritual depth, emotional honesty, and biblical hope.

Because you are not behind. You are not less valuable now. And the most beautiful parts of your story might still be waiting to unfold.

The Lord doesn’t just work in your past.
He’s here — in your present.
And He's shaping Himself in you, even now.

  • E52 | Leave & Cleave: Chains in Exchange for Freedom
    Mar 27 2025

It's time to release our chains in exchange for freedom.

We all have a story—things we’ve been through, struggles that left a mark, and moments that shaped us. In the beginning, that story helps us make sense of it all. It gives us language for our pain, allowing us to process what happened.

However, over time, if we’re not careful, that story can shift. Instead of serving as a stepping stone, it becomes our excuse, our crutch, and even our shield. Before we know it, we’re cleaving to the very thing that’s been holding us back.

That heartbreak, that betrayal, that loss—yes, it happened. And yes, it mattered. Even so, it does not have to define you.

The enemy would love for you to stay stuck there, replaying it over and over, making it the reason you can’t move forward.

But here’s the truth: God calls you to leave and cleave—to leave behind the weight of what was and cling to what is good (Romans 12:9).

    In this episode, we’re unpacking:

✔️ How our stories slowly morph into sob stories that keep us stuck
✔️ Subtle ways we cling to pain instead of God’s promises
✔️ Recognizing the enemy’s strategy to keep you bound to your past
✔️ How to break free and cleave to Christ instead

Your past may have shaped you, but it does not own you. Now is the time to stop cleaving to the wounds and start cleaving to the One who heals.

Key Scripture: Romans 12:9 – “Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.”
