Cedar Waxwing
- 2 oz bourbon
- ½ oz lime juice
- 5 mint leaves
- 1 ½ tb mixed berries
- ¾ oz Barenjager honey liqueur or simple syrup
- 1 oz club soda
- ice
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine mint leaves, lime, Barenjager, and berries.
- Muddle until pulverized.
- Add bourbon and ice.
- Shake shake shake
- Pour it all into an old-fashioned glass.
- Top with club soda.
