For the Meat
1.5-2 lbs ground beef or lamb
1 medium onion
3 cloves of garlic
1tsp Kosher salt
1tsp pepper
1tsp paprika
3Tbsp flour
chosen vegetables
2tsp W sauce
3Tbsp ketchup
1 Beef Bullion cube
1/2 tsp thyme
2 cups warm water
For the Potatoes
7 white or red potatoes
4Tbsp cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
1tsp sugar
1 egg
2+ Tbsp butter
1/4 cup parmasean cheese (or more to taste)
1Tbsp fresh Parsley
2-4 cloves garlic
sour cream to taste
