In this episode I speak about the Libra new moon and the descent of Venus: choosing yourself, the feminine remembering across lifetimes, what the pressure of this month is revealing, and the quiet power of stillness and circle.

The eclipse season is behind us. The fire and water of August have cleared something deep. Now the Virgo New Moon arrives, and the question she brings is simple and profound: what do we plant here?

In this episode, we explore the medicine of Virgo - discernment, the body's wisdom, sacred routine, the difference between perfectionism and honest-seeing - and what it means to press an intention into cleared ground. With a guided grounding practice and journal prompts for the new moon.

The counterpart to the Leo solar eclipse, now we move deep down into the water, into the roots, into the dreaming dark where things actually grow. This episode is for the Pisces Full Moon Lunar Eclipse and the Full Sturgeon Moon - what it is, what it's doing, where the Virgo shadow hides, what grief wants from you right now, and a water meditation for moving through the eclipse field.

Five journal questions and a water practice.

A special 40-minute episode recorded at the threshold of the most significant eclipse of the year.

The total solar eclipse in Leo on August 12 falls at the exact moment the Lion's Gate closes - sealing in 14 days of Sirian light at the moment of a genuine portal.

In this episode: what the eclipse actually is, what our ancestors understood about it, the central medicine of Leo (the difference between performing from the heart and LEADING from it).

The Aquarius Full Moon on July 29th illuminates a tension we have all been feeling - between the heart wanting to shine in its full truth, and the world asking us what we are going to do with that light. Essentially, balancing individual awakening with the collective one.

This Cancer New Moon - the sign of home, family, the soft interior we carry with us wherever we go - has everything to say about what that means. The recalibration happening in the body, the bones, the dreaming mind, before the understanding has quite caught up.

In this episode I share what is alive in the collective right now, going deep into the collective energy of this lunar cycle - a wound that has been working itself into healing. Now, landing at the Cancer New Moon. Mercury retrograde in Cancer brings the invitation to rewrite your internal story with new self-compassion. The doors opening where you have been stuck in a rut.

Capricorn Full Moon Energy Update

What Have You Actually Built?

We are halfway through 2026 and the Capricorn Full Moon on the 30th of June is asking us to stop and ask yourself honestly: how are you actually doing?

In this episode I share what I'm feeling in the collective field right now - the quality of the standstill many of us are experiencing, and why it isn't stuck energy but listening energy. I talk about the Cancer/Capricorn axis: the tension between what you've built on the outside and whether it actually feels like home on the inside. Why Mercury retrograde in Cancer is asking you to trust your feelings over your logic. And the Chiron in Taurus question - what do you actually deserve to experience in this lifetime - and are you allowing yourself to have it?

I also share three practical things to do with all of this. Including the one I find most uncomfortable and most powerful...

Find somewhere comfortable. Let yourself arrive.
