A lot of times people underestimate the amount of work that goes into abstaining for someone who’s celibate, still a virgin, and practicing abstinence. Can I tickle your mind just a little at let you know for Virgins its just as hard. A lot of times people think since you've never had sex before or since its been so long that you no longer have desires or should never have desires. Let’s cut the bull crap! Being sexually frustrated is real! An its perfectly ok. The objective is how do we handle these desires.
