This is the third episode of season 2 of Promoting Positive Mental Health. In this epidsode I share a brief history of what my spiritual journey has been like prior to, during, and after my experience with alcoholism.
If you're thinking about kicking any habits or patterns that are hindering you, consider your relationship with the Creator. God has truly been my compass and I know that it is because of His love and grace that I will celebrate 10 years alcohol-free on February 12, 2026!
It is clear to me that I am a lot stronger when my mind is sober. Overall, I am forever grateful for the second chance at life that I have been given!
