  • Stress and Hustle Culture that is Leaving us Unhealthy and Dissatisfied
    May 1 2024

This is a follow up episode to the previous drop about my recent health scare. I speak out about the flags that had been popping up for me for years, and how ignoring them landed me with facing burn out three times that likely also impacted my fatty liver diagnosis.

I also speak to realizing I was doing what our culture taught me to do - and those norms of keeping up, and constantly chasing goals landed me in a pretty unhealthy place - both in body and mind.

When I finally realized that I was the common denominator, I sought out new information to support making better decisions, and it's impacting many aspects of my life for the better.

When we stay in ignorance about what our bodies are telling us, we suffer. Sometimes it takes us a while to get the message. My hope is that we get the messages before our bodies give up on us.
