The Summit and the Return: Aikya Anusandhanam and Surya Upasthanam of Sandhyavandanam

Five seconds. That is how long most of us spend on "Asavadityo Brahma, Brahmaivahamasmi," and yet those five seconds hold the entire philosophy of Advaita Vedanta.

This episode walks the final arc of Sandhyavandanam: the summit of Aikya Anusandhanam, the Surya Upasthanam, the Dik Vandanam that salutes all of existence, and the closing prayer which declares that every bow to every Deva reaches the same One.

It also answers a puzzle: why does a practice that ends in "I am Brahman" close by announcing your own family lineage?
