The San Francisco market has been pretty interesting to watch as Amanda Martin and Ying He head into fall. There’s still very little inventory, some homes are moving incredibly quickly, and they’re seeing strong demand in certain parts of the city.

In the latest episode of The Bay Insider, they talk through what they’ve been seeing this summer from single-family home prices and the condo market to rising rents and what that could mean for buyers looking at condos or other types of property.

They also get into who is buying at the higher end of the market and some of the changes they’re seeing in where people want to live. Neighborhoods like Pacific Heights, Presidio Heights, Cow Hollow, the Marina, Russian Hill, and Telegraph Hill have been getting more attention, while areas like Mission Bay and Dogpatch are seeing renewed activity too.
