Are we tardy for the party? Well, yes, but y'all still love us! Summer has been in full swing and Pride Month is not letting up.

This summer we are experiencing a lot of firsts, as this is our first Father's Day without Coty's Dad, that's still very surreal to say. And tbh, our family is still grappling with trying to continue to push forward. We both share our experience dealing with mental wellness during this season in our lives and how sometimes, grace might not always be enough.In this episode, we revisit our iconic first episode that started this all, after hearing from a friend and some might need a re-introduction.

How y'all doing?! SMDD is back again with the vibes ahead of the recent Memorial Day celebration. In this episode, we had to get some things off our chests about everything being TOO DAMN HIGH!
