You're standing at a sacred site. You're ready to connect. But... now what? How do you actually introduce yourself to land consciousness?

This episode is the practical follow-up to our sacred sites comparison. Ryan and I break down the actual techniques our guides gave us for communicating with places - from Stonehenge to the trees behind your house.

The main technique: The Red Ball Exercise. You create a ball of energy (starting in your hands like forming a snowball), set it with the intention of courteous introduction, and send it down through your feet into the ground - essentially putting a letter in the mail saying "hello, I'd like to communicate." Then you wait for the site to respond.

But there's nuance: Some sites (like King Tut's temple) hit you like a wall of energy without any introduction needed. Others (like Stonehenge) will literally test your patience and say "I'll talk to you next time" if you're not willing to wait. And some (like Glastonbury Tor) might tell you to STOP because you're coming in too strong - like giving someone a power handshake when they wanted something gentle.
