    Ravina Rao, a 32-year-old social media influencer and YouTuber from Jhojhu village in Rewari district, Haryana, has been arrested along with her boyfriend Suresh for the brutal murder of her husband, Praveen, aged 35. On March 25, 2025, Praveen reportedly caught Ravina and Suresh in an intimate moment at their rented house in Chandni Bagh, Panipat. In a shocking turn, Ravina allegedly strangled Praveen using her dupatta. Later that same night, Ravina and Suresh transported his body and dumped it in a drain near Khojkipur, about 6 kilometers away, to hide the crime.


    Praveen’s decomposed body was recovered on March 28, sparking a large-scale investigation by Haryana Police. CCTV footage and call data records helped the police track down both Ravina and Suresh, who were arrested on April 11, 2025. According to sources, Ravina had over 34,000 Instagram followers and around 5,000 YouTube subscribers, and had been in constant conflict with Praveen over her online presence and an ongoing affair with Suresh, who is from Hisar.


    This case has exposed the dark side of social media fame, infidelity, and dangerous obsession. Police have charged Ravina and Suresh with murder and conspiracy, and legal proceedings are underway to deliver justice for Praveen.
