Everyone in this industry has a podcast now. Give it a year, the freight brokers will too.

So yes, we know the irony. We're launching a show into an industry with more voices than listeners, more hot takes than actual takes, more people explaining freight on camera than people who've dispatched a truck. Noise isn't what we're short on. It's what we're drowning in.

Here's the difference. SIGNAL: Grounded in Truth is long-format, on purpose. Truth doesn't fit in ninety seconds. A ninety-second clip is somebody's opinion wearing a blazer. A real conversation, given room to breathe, stops performing and starts being honest — worth thirty minutes of your day, and none of your scrolling.

In 1 Kings 19:11-12, Elijah stood on the mountain expecting God in the wind, the earthquake, the fire — and found Him instead in the still small voice that came after. Most of what passes for insight here is wind, earthquake, and fire. We built this show for the quiet after. That's where the signal lives.

Industry leaders. Operators. People who've lived with their own decisions. No fluff, no scripts, no one performing for an algorithm.

The industry doesn't need another voice. It needs somewhere quiet enough to hear the ones already worth hearing.

Peace and Love.

  • Carrier Source: Who Do You Trust? Building Reputation and Winning Freight
    Aug 2 2026

Freight has always run on relationships. The problem is that reputation was never verifiable — until CarrierSource. And the platform built for reviews accidentally became the platform sitting on top of real-time shipper purchase intent. What does that mean for small carriers and owner-operators who have never had access to this kind of intelligence?
