Everyone's arguing about the May Budget. 😅
"No more negative gearing."
"No more CGT discount."
"Trust changes."
"Property is dead."
Mate... that's noise. 💀
Because I've met people with:
✔️ Negative gearing
✔️ Tax deductions
✔️ Fancy structures
...and they're still broke.
And I've met people with none of the above...
...who quietly built multi-million dollar portfolios.
The real question isn't:
"How do I save tax?"
The real question is:
"What level of the wealth pyramid am I actually on?" 🔥
Because if you're still:
❌ Living pay cheque to pay cheque
❌ One emergency away from panic
❌ Relying entirely on your job
Then arguing about negative gearing is like worrying about Formula 1 tyres when you haven't got a driver's licence yet. 😭
Most people don't have a tax problem.
They have a positioning problem.
The people winning after the May Budget aren't crying about the rule changes.
They're pivoting.
Positive gearing.
Higher growth locations.
Better assets.
Better structures.
Better positioning.
The game didn't end.
The rules just changed.
And if you're stuck on Level 0 or Level 1...
...the Budget isn't what's holding you back.
