But here’s the uncomfortable truth.

Australia has already tried messing with negative gearing before.

In the 1980s they scrapped it.
A couple years later rents in Sydney and Perth spiked… and they quietly brought it back. 📈

In 2019 the policy was proposed....

Property owners panicked.
Investors mobilised.
The policy disappeared overnight. 🗳️

Now suddenly we’re hearing the same thing again.

“Reform discussions.”
