A proposito di questo titolo
Brenda Edwards, an owner of TexaStone Quarries in Garden City, TX and TexaCon Cut Stone in Bloomington, IN, has been in the stone industry for over 25 years. During that time, she participated in numerous industry initiatives and associations and held key leadership positions.
Brenda began Women in Stone, which aims to recruit, retain, and advance women in the natural stone industry by providing networking connections and educational resources. In 2017, she became the recipient of the first-ever Women in Stone Pioneer Award for her devotion to the industry, her willingness to help and teach others about it, and her positive impact on the future of the industry.
In this episode, Brenda sits with the Green Bean Crew to talk about her start in the stone industry, working in a male-dominated industry, being “retired”, and the story of Lazy E Retreat - the only castle in West Texas.
