Brenda Stansell, long-time restauranteur in Big Spring, TX. After starting as a waitress in a local restaurant, she moved on to make the jump to restaurant franchisee and later moved on to own her own establishments. Although the types of restaurants of changed over the years, the one thing that stays the same is her commitment to quality, customer service, and her employees. Brenda currently owns Big John's Feedlot by Brenda with her granddaughter Millie, an establishment that has been recognized in publications multiple times for it's great food.
