Curtis R., a Marine veteran who grew up in N.C., and his canine partner, Remy, join us for an enlightening conversation about races, training, and the power of positivity. Curtis takes us to the San Francisco marathon, his first marathon, as well as we travel with him on training runs in Japan, where he was stationed while serving. And, we learn about the care and bond between Curtis and Remy, his service dog and running partner.
It is a powerful episode and a must listen for runners everywhere!
