We're closing out Season 2 with this reminder: we are no longer matching energies.
Responding in kind to disrespect, rude behavior, and the like actually does more harm to us than the other person. As we move closer towards closing the chapter that is 2021- and as we drop the curtain on Season 2, I hope this session of Note to Self Diaries encourages you to go high as they go low.
