Episode Description:
Amber and Natasha take a walk in an area shared by humans and plants to explore the topic of Plant Blindness, our inability to recognize or underappreciation of plants around us on an everyday basis. They discuss some of the interesting reasons why this is and how this becomes a problem for humans, environments, and the plants themselves. They draw a correlation to Nature Deficit Disorder and start to find ways we can become more conscious of plants. They offer entry ways and invitations to address individual plant blindness and ways to make living with plants in a more connected manner.
