In this special episode, we’re joined by our second guest, Olga Demeshchik✨ a sound healer, Angelic Reiki practitioner, and subconscious reprogramming guide. You may recognize her from our YouTube sound bath session:

We begin the episode with a short sound bath meditation led by Olga to help you settle in and connect. From there, we explore what spirituality means to her, how she discovered her purpose, the journey of following her intuition, and finding balance.

Olga shares how she integrates angelic guidance and subconscious reprogramming in her healing sessions, and how each of us can start shifting our energy to attract a more aligned and fulfilling life. We touch on practices like PSYCH-K®, muscle testing, and breathwork.
