We also chat all about living with a disability. Jake opened about having cerebral palsy on the show, we discuss why he chose to reveal this later on in the series and the impact this had.

We also chat about his passion for football, how meeting the England cerebral palsy football team at 18 showed him that he wasn’t alone in his struggles and taught him how to be confident in his own skin.
