In the fourth episode of this series, I @jdrewsilvers am trading personal stories with Lauren @xtwii about both of our experiences of working in the high-stress and long hours environment of the restaurant industry - her as a chef, and me as a sever.
We spend some time comparing notes about the methods of that industry, the interesting characters who always seem to exist there, and how those experiences ultimately helped her artistic journey.
