  • Is Overconsumption Really That Bad?
    Sep 21 2026

This topic has been covered by pretty much everyone. As someone in the "cozy hobby"/planning community, I still have some thoughts. I do think it's a nuanced issue and even struggle with it myself at times. I don't think shaming others work. Shame and guilt won't fix the issue. We all have to decide what we have the capacity for in our hobbies.

  • How to Plan
    Aug 10 2026

It's been over a year and a half since the last episode but I hope to change that! New episodes will come out monthly.

In this episode, I cover three things to start and make into your planning routine. Because a planner won't change your life on your own but with a planning routine, you can actually use the planner to help conquer the world!

  • Starting Messy: It’s Okay to Not Have It All Figured Out
    Jan 7 2025

In this episode, we’re embracing the beauty of starting messy and letting go of the pressure to have it all figured out. If you’re feeling the weight of perfectionism or trying to make everything “just right” before you begin, this episode is for you. We’ll talk about why it’s okay to start with small steps, even if things aren’t perfectly planned or executed. I’ll share how I’ve learned to let go of perfectionism, especially as someone with ADHD, and how you can use flexibility to build momentum and progress in the new year. It’s time to focus on consistency, not perfection. So grab your planner, a sticky note, or just a moment of peace, and let’s start this journey together, mess and all.
