  • Write Your Way Out

    Episode Description:

In this episode, I talk about how journaling became more than just writing for me — it became a way out.

There were moments of fog. Fear. Uncertainty. Instead of running from it, I wrote through it. I literally wrote my way into clarity.

This episode also challenges those of you hiding behind the camera. If you are building a brand, building a vision, building a life — at some point you must step forward and become the face of it. Not because it's trendy, but because it's necessary.

I share my vision for the people I know are capable of major impact but are still afraid to be seen. Your rhythm may not match the world’s beat — and that’s exactly the point. You are not unrealistic. You are just different.

If you've been sitting on your potential, this one is for you.

  • Be The Face of Your Brand and The Narrative of Your Life
    Feb 14 2026

    Send a text

I went from not knowing how to build my brand Ruck’s Place
to becoming the face of it — and now I show others how to do the same.

    Let me ask you something:

    When will you get started?

When will you understand this is a journey — just like an athlete who trains daily for years just for the opportunity to step into battle and fight for their dreams?

Because when you go into battle for your life and purpose…
    there will be pain.
    There will be scars.
There may even be a few broken pieces along the way.

But you still have to go into the battle.

When will you decide that even though the journey is uncomfortable, you’re going to move forward anyway?

Standing on Grace: Resilience and Purpose with Realtor Aleia Lagonoy

In this powerful and heartfelt episode, we sit down with Aleia Lagonoy, a dedicated realtor whose journey is defined not just by professional success, but by unwavering faith, resilience, and purpose. Standing on Grace is a conversation about what it truly means to rise—especially when the odds are stacked against you.

Aleia opens up about the challenges she has faced both personally and professionally, sharing how moments of uncertainty, setbacks, and self-doubt became turning points rather than roadblocks. Through it all, grace became her foundation—guiding her decisions, shaping her character, and anchoring her purpose in an industry that demands perseverance and grit.

    This episode dives deep into:

    • How resilience is built in seasons of struggle, not comfort
    • The role of faith, grace, and mindset in navigating career and life transitions
    • Finding purpose beyond titles, transactions, and achievements
    • Showing up authentically in business while staying aligned with your values
    • Lessons learned from failure, patience, and trusting the process

Aleia’s story is a reminder that success isn’t just about closing deals—it’s about standing firm in who you are, even when the ground feels unsteady. Her perspective offers encouragement to entrepreneurs, professionals, and anyone walking through a season of growth, reinvention, or quiet endurance.

Whether you’re chasing a dream, rebuilding after a setback, or simply needing a reminder that grace can carry you through, this episode will leave you inspired, grounded, and ready to move forward with clarity and courage.

✨ Tune in and be reminded: resilience rooted in grace can lead you exactly where you’re meant to be.

  • Not The Highlight Reel, Not The Polished Version The Uncomfortable Version
    Jan 24 2026

    Send us a text

This week on Ruck’s Place, we’re talking about what it really means to be the face of your brand.
Not the highlight reel. Not the polished version. The uncomfortable, repetitive, quiet work that nobody claps for—until it works.

I break down why consistency beats talent, why attention doesn’t equal income, and why waiting for permission is the fastest way to stay stuck.
If you’ve been showing up but not seeing the results you want, this episode will help you tighten the message, own your voice, and lead anyway.

This one’s for the builders, the creators, and the people who decided comfort is no longer an option.

  • DO YOU KNOW THAT PROBLEMS CREATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR EARNING MONEY
    Jan 17 2026

    Send us a text

If you don't know now you will, problems create opportunities for everyone of us to earn a living. Think about it, if you are working a job today, why did your employer higher you? IF they hired you to do a job then you are solving a problem for them. If you were to call in a quit that job today they would have a problem especially if you do your job really well. You know this because you have probably been told that you being there makes a world of difference. What you bring to the work place is rare and hard to find so they pay you just enough to stay and never enough to get rich because you might quit. If you quit then they will have a problem of replacing you for one and two getting the work that you do done. If you are struggling with earning money, think about the ways inwhich you can help someone out today and charge them a small or a large fee to solve their problem. It could be something as small as taking a person who can not drive to the grocery store and returning them to the place where you picked them up for a fee. People create entire companies that cut grass, shovel snow, clean homes, wash cars, deliver packages and foods to someones door and they earn money to solve a problem even if it for convenience. Listen to this episode as Chuck paints a very vivid and clear picture of how you can get over your financial and emotional problems by helping someone else out of a problem situation. Somethings that you would never imagine could be a problem for you could be a major problem for someone who would be willing to pay a great deal of money to you to have you remove a spider, rake leaves, drive them from one location to the next, go to court for them if your are a lawyer, tally up their earnings so that they can file their taxes or just shine a persons shoes for a fee. Listen and be great and we would love to hear from you guys about your ways of getting paid to solve a new problem that you discovered that people need help with. Thanks for hanging out.
