In this special, we commemorate the 30th anniversary of Rory Gallagher's passing, celebrating his legacy as Ireland's first rock star and one of the greatest guitar players you've never heard of.
Radio Nova's Marty Miller speaks with family, friends, bandmates, and superfan Joe Bonamassa, who will honour Rory’s music over 3 nights this summer, 'Live At The Marquee' in Cork
Discover the stories and memories of those closest to him, including insights from his brother Donal, nephew Daniel, and his bassist Gerry McAvoy.
You get to hear sections of a never-before-heard on Irish Radio interview with Rory himself, back stage in Santa Cruz back in 1991.
Turning up, like a Bad Penny, this is a special listen.
Thanks to Joe Bonamassa, Gerry McAvoy, Donal & Daniel Gallagher for their time. And to Rory for the Music.
