    Our guest, international top leadership expert: Jeff Eggers. Jeff is based in Washington, D.C.. He served in the White House for six years as President Obama's Special Advisor for National Security Affairs. Before that, Jeff spent 20 years as a U.S. Navy SEAL and held various leadership positions, including the commander of the Special Operations Task Unit in Western Iraq and operations officer and mission commander for the U.S. Navy's undersea special operations command. Later, Jeff became the Executive Director of McChrystal Group's Leadership Institute, a leadership consulting firm aimed at improving organizational performance. He co-authored the best-selling book “Leaders: Myth and Reality” and worked as an executive coach for high-ranking leaders globally. Recently, he is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Risk and Return, a philanthropic venture fund focused on accelerating solutions and technologies for high-risk public servants. They are innovating on models to generate capital for mental health solutions for veterans and first responders. Despite his many accomplishments, Jeff is known to those close to him as a great and humble person, always eager to listen and learn.
