• Episode 108: Arizona's "Veto Queen": Katie Hobbs vs Andy Biggs for Governor
    Oct 21 2026

Early voting is underway in Arizona's governor race between Katie Hobbs and Andy Biggs, and Hobbs has a record she'd rather nobody talk about.

In this episode, I bring back Robert Rose, Dominick Davis, and Sean Griswold from Restoration News. We go through Arizona falling from 4th to 47th in job growth, $2 million wired to scammers, $2.4 million spent entertaining CEOs at the Super Bowl, the Colorado River deal, and her vetoes on the border and the Arizona Women's Bill of Rights. We also get into what Andy Biggs brings, and why women's sports is personal for me.

You don't have to live in Arizona for this race to matter. If you do, make a plan and vote early.

  • Episode 107: Untitled Episode
    Oct 15 2026

Thomas Sowell said the welfare system pays people to fail. Dennis Prager asked where all the leftist hospitals are. Milton Friedman said a society that chooses equality over freedom ends up with neither.

Today, I play clips from Sowell, Prager, Friedman, and a Laura Ingraham conversation with Mark Meadows, and I build the case for why limited government is a moral question and not only an economic one. I get into why pouring money into failing schools makes them worse, how government programs crowd out the church and private charity, and why the system young people call capitalism is already shot through with government intervention.

  • Episode 106: Mailing the Abortion Pill Is Already A Crime. Why Does It Keep Happening?
    Oct 14 2026

Mailing abortion pills has been a federal crime since 1873 because of The Comstock Act. Even with this being the law, thousands of pills still arrive by mail across the country, including in pro-life states. In 2025, more than 300,000 unborn babies were killed by mail-order abortion drugs, and at least 1 in 4 abortions now happen with no in-person care.

Restoration of America Foundation Founder and CEO, Doug Truax, delivered an excellent speech at The Ohio March for Life earlier this month. He breaks down the issue, explains the Comstock Act, and provides hope for babies and mothers.

  • Episode 105: Trump Embraces Columbus Day: Italians Rejoice
    Oct 12 2026

Trump proclaimed Columbus Day with no mention of Indigenous Peoples' Day, and Paul Kengor says Italian Americans noticed. This is a Weekend Spectator conversation from The American Spectator and Restoration of America. Kengor walks through how Columbus Day started in 1892 after a mob lynched 11 Italian immigrants in New Orleans, tells the story of his own family's stowaway journey from Calabria and the Klan on their lawn, and explains why the left treats Columbus as a symbol to tear down Western civilization. Grace asks what young people are hearing in school, and they finish on Italian Heritage Month.

    Special Guest: Paul Kengor.

  • Episode 104: Talarico Called Capitalism "Oppressive."
    Oct 8 2026

James Talarico called capitalism one of three "oppressive systems." Now his Texas Senate campaign says he's a "proud capitalist."

In this episode, I play the 2020 climate forum where he talked about "dismantling" those systems and compared Texas oil and gas to "cassette tapes in the 1980s." I walk through his record on Texas's 2021 election law and on parents and gender identity, and his campaign's claim that he "missed the mark."

I ask why a Trail Blazers broadcaster loses his job over posts from his teens while politicians get a pass, and how Abigail Spanberger ran the same moderate bait and switch in Virginia. Texas votes November 3. Believe what the record shows.

  • Episode 103: Should Christians Vote? Nearly Half of Us Stayed Home in 2024
    Oct 7 2026

Today, I react to Willy Rice's Fox News interview and Ike Wingate's Newsmax monologue on why so many Christians sit out elections. I also read what Lucas Miles and Josh Howerton are saying, plus a Charlie Kirk quote that's been going around, and I answer the two excuses I hear most: "I don't get into politics" and "there are no good candidates."

Politics was never morally neutral, and there will never be a perfect candidate. If you've felt checked out, I hope this changes your mind. The numbers are on our side. The question is whether we're willing.

  • Episode 102: Will Trump Stop Europe From Freeloading on American Medicine?
    Oct 1 2026

Wealthy allies like Germany have been freeloading on American drug innovation for years. The Trump administration is finally doing something about it.

In this episode, I break down Jeffrey Gerrish's Newsweek op-ed on the wealthy countries that let Americans fund a disproportionate share of the world's drug research. Germany has been blocking the push to get allies to roll back their price controls, and the administration answered with a Section 301 investigation. The same pressure already worked on the UK, which agreed to double its spending on innovative drugs as a share of GDP.

Then I turn to the problem at home. Obamacare's payment and regulatory rules sped up hospital consolidation and cut competition on price and quality. Limiting competition is never good, and an administration that makes fixing healthcare a priority should be the standard.

  • Episode 101: Woke Massachusetts Bar Lifts Mask Mandate, Gets Canceled by Its Own Customers
    Sep 30 2026

A Massachusetts lesbian bar dropped its mask mandate in 2026 and its own woke patrons turned on it. The Last Ditch is socialism in miniature.

In this episode, I break down the Boston Globe story. Three idealistic housemates opened the bar last year, turned no one away for lack of money, and welcomed the poor and unhoused but not the police. Now two of them have left, and the one still standing is reportedly drowning in debt.

I also get into the basic economics, my suggested rebrand (Dire Straits), and the two lessons this bar teaches about woke socialism.
