For some people the holidays bring around times of grief or sadness or loneliness, and it can be so hard to watch everyone post on social media and be so joyful when the holidays actually bring up some really rough feelings. Sometimes traditions or being around family can feel uncomfortable or bring up guilt or shame. I wanted to hold space for those people in this episode, and maybe start some traditions of our own.
