    Jul 22 2025

In this heartfelt episode, I take you along with me to the hospital for my regular Zoladex shot—a powerful hormone therapy I will be on for the next seven years. Zoladex throws you into a forced menopause!

I open up about what Zoladex really feels like: the hot flashes, joint pain, emotional rollercoasters, and the moments when giving up feels easier. But I also share how I reframe those tough days with hope, positivity, and faith.

If you are going through something similar or know someonewho is—this episode is a gentle reminder that a positive mindset can always help. Let’s talk about resilience, healing, and holding on to hope even when things get rough.
