John Ghiorso is the founder and CEO of VantaFive, a venture studio that builds and scales specialized marketing services companies. After selling his first company — Orca Pacific, a full-service Amazon agency he launched in 2008 and grew into a global leader — to Media.Monks in 2020, he stayed on for three years before realizing he wasn’t finished creating. VantaFive is the next evolution of that entrepreneurial drive: a studio model that pairs expert operators with market demand to launch new agencies from the ground up.

Since launching in 2023, VantaFive has already introduced Influent, a full-service LinkedIn agency helping B2B brands grow through content and ads, and Longbow, an AI-powered outbound messaging agency built for scalable outreach.
