    I just finished this book and have given it a one star review on Amazon and Goodreads. It was pompous, officious, and fucking boring. It was extremely repetitive and drowned in jargon. I also detailed my thoughts about the fire, and the extremely disastrous response to it, and the mismanagement of aid. Basically I think the fire was caused by deliberate arson, the fact that Maui is going to be the future site of a completely smart city, and the land for it has been almost completely razed, and cleared of Residential and local business properties whose owners refused to sell is pretty fucking goddamn convenient for the developers, the environmentalists, and The Government who are pushing this crap about global climate change, the move towards so called green renewable energy, and the building of "smart" "15 Minute" cities.
