RTLP is finishing off the year strong with this incredible true story about thirteen women who aimed for the skies, literally :)) Martha Ackmann details the lives of the Mercury 13, who helped advance the research on women's ability to withstand space flight. This book opened up a fantastic discussion about the place of gender norms in our society. We highly recommend, let us know what you thought!!
