Be The Change is a new project that Carbon Calling are running. It focuses on three farmers - Sarah Bell, Alan Robinson and Liz Hargreaves. Specific farm plans are being created by working with lots of different organisation and people from within our community. We are doing a series of podcasts with the people involved.

For this month, we talk to Alan Robinson, who is one of the BTC farmers from Cumbria. We talk through his "journey" and how he is developing his system. The importance of mindset and building a network are very strong themes.

For this month, we talk to Will Heygate, who is a sheep and arable farmer from Northamptonshire. He runs a similar system to Sarah and will share their experiences through the recently funded Anglian Water cluster group focusing on biological approaches.
