Ray Martz shares the story behind the Salamat Skateboard Project, a grassroots initiative using skateboarding to create opportunities, build community, and empower young people in the Philippines. We talk about the project's origins, the challenges of making a lasting impact, and why skateboarding can be such a powerful vehicle for connection, purpose, and hope. Ray also opens up about his personal journey, his Dad opening the first ever Woden skatepark in Canberra, travel, and the challenges of being a single Dad.
Enjoy,
Shan
