  • EPISODE 5 — 19 Years at War With My Body
    Oct 7 2026

Opening question: What if the thing you’ve been fighting, controlling, hiding, or trying to get rid of was never really about the food but about what you were trying so desperately not to feel?

In this deeply personal episode, I share my 19-year struggle with bulimia, eating disorders, and emotional eating—the physical and emotional toll, and what helped me begin healing: awareness, naming what I felt, and learning to stay with myself instead of abandoning myself.

Closing question: If healing isn’t one giant decision, but a choice you make day after day, what would it look like to stop going to war with yourself and start choosing yourself instead?

  • EPISODE 4 — God Handed Me Diamonds, I Chose a Cage!
    Sep 30 2026

    Happy Wednesday My Darlings,

This week's Mix-Media Art had me in tears, it truly touched my heart as I was creating it. Tune into why!

    Opening question:
How many diamonds has God placed in front of you that you couldn’t see because fear, doubt, or the need to feel safe kept you inside a cage?

In this deeply personal episode, I share how many times God, Source, Divine Intelligence placed opportunities, relationships, ideas, freedom, and open doors in front of me, and I overthought them, doubted myself, listened to the noise, or chose what felt safe.

I found myself asking: How many times did I ask for something, then argue with the way it arrived?

3 Things to try this week to tune into your diamonds:

    1. Start your morning in quiet.
Before the phone, messages, and outside noise, ask:
“God, what would you have me notice today?”

    2. Choose how you want to experience your day.
Instead of only asking what you need to accomplish, ask:
“How do I want today to feel?”

    3. Look for the doors and diamonds. 💎
At the end of the day, ask yourself:
    “What door appeared today?”
“What diamond might I have almost overlooked?”

    Closing question:
If you truly believed God wasn’t trying to trap you, test you, or withhold from you, but was placing diamonds and open doors along your path…what cage would you finally be willing to unlock?

Remember to shut out the noise and leap out of the box.

    Xx Nancy

  • Episode 3- Shut the Hell-o up! Tuning into our Body+Selfworth
    Sep 23 2026

Episode 3 — Shut the Hell…o Up & Tune Into Your Body’s Wisdom and Self worth.

How many years have you spent trying to fix a body that was never broken?

I’m done with the noise. The diets. The beauty rules. The fear of aging. The constant message that our bodies should be smaller, younger, prettier, tighter, different.

In this episode, I get personal about the years I spent looking outside myself for answers—and what it’s taken to finally stop fighting my body and start listening to her.

Because maybe the rebellion isn’t changing our bodies.

    Maybe it’s trusting them again.

We end with a short meditation to turn down everyone else’s voice and come back to the one that’s been there all along.

What has your body been trying to tell you that you’ve been too busy or too afraid to hear?

This mix-media cover was born out of expansion, tears and passion this week. As I was creating this, I went back through the years and realized how long it has taken, how long I listened to others, and how many mistakes I have made to finally really listen to my body heart & soul.
It’s never too late. XX, N

  • EPISODE 1 — The Parts of Us We Leave Behind & Why Radiant Rebellion Radio?
    Aug 26 2026

In this first episode, I share a little of my story.

How, as a girl, I felt full of magic, curiosity, and possibility, and how somewhere along the way, conditioning, expectations, and simply surviving pulled me away from parts of myself.

We explore the pieces we leave behind as life gets serious, and the questions that can help us remember who we were before all the noise. Let's bring those part of us that we left behind to the present moment. There is still time!

What part of you did you leave behind while trying to survive? What part of you is asking to come back now?

I would love to hear your answers, and thoughts in the comments. Please be kind!

You are loved, Xx, Nancy B.

🎨For the mixed-media piece, I used printed paper in the background because I love the layered, imperfect look it creates. The drawing in the center was made by my daughter when she was younger, and it reminded me of how unseen I once felt—and how many parts of myself like the dreams I had left behind that simply wanted to be seen. The butterflies symbolize freedom, while the brick wall represents the walls I built to protect myself. The music notes honor how deeply music has carried me through my life. Woven into them are the words magic, dream, peace, meaning, love, connection, fun, and purpose—the things I believe we all long to feel as we move through our lives.
