Welcome back to our spoiler-free deep dive into Callie Hart's Quicksilver! This week we dive into chapters 24-29.

Saeris learns the sword she'd shattered was actually a treasured Fae heirloom and former godsword, which only adds to her growing sense of doom. In an attempt to help Saeris out, Lorreth accompanies her to the tavern where they blow off steam and get to know each other better. Later on, Saeris and Kingfisher take their relationship to the next level with a visit to Fisher's hometown of Ballard. Things get steamy and Saeris gets more magical tattoos which DEFINITELY got us calling out MATE WATCH. Upon returning to Irrin, Saeris successfully figures out how to get the quicksilver to cooperate, with some help from Carrion, allowing her to reforge the sword as an active godsword with a new owner.
