In today’s episode, I had the opportunity to talk with Brant Minor of MaxHoops, a basketball program for young student-athletes. Brant is dedicated to mentoring, developing, and encouraging positive growth in the young student-athletes he works with through his commitment to building programs and opportunities that help them grow. During our call, Brant shared about his journey as an athlete, what it was like discovering he was bipolar, and how he is using his life experience to help young student athletes.

What I enjoyed talking with Brant about was discussing ways we can all be more intentional with our mental health.
