In this episode, I interview a close friend and previous client of mine Ben Male. Ben went from successfully exiting his own award winning start-up in digital marketing and SEO. After some time off decided to get back in the game by creating a new company, this time from a place of purpose. After running his new company 'Team Empathy' for some time, he began to see himself falling into similar habits and ways of thinking that had him exit his previous company jus t a few years before.
