On today's episode, I am sharing what it means to build up or tear down a person with words.

It's not ok to allow anyone to speak down to you or for you to speak negatively toward others.

We are here to build each other up and to show the love we have not only for ourselves but for others.

When we speak kind words toward someone that is being unkind to us, it will automatically diffuse the negative conversation.

Proverbs 15:1 reads: A soft answer turneth away wrath; but grievous words stir up anger.  Memorize this verse when you are in a conversation that requires you to stand still, listen and give a soft answer.

And remember Queen, you have a right to speak up and stop people from speaking negatively toward you.
