    After six years and over 300 shows, my run is over. I'll talk the highs and lows of podcasting over this time and give out some pointers for those thinking about doing a show themselves. But will also share some closing thoughts on the current state of boxing anfd how it played apart in me deciding to leave the show. It's been a ride and I truly thank everyone who's been on this journey with me.
